Renowned chef and Ledbury alumni, Nicholas Hill joins long-term chef friend turned butcher, Michael Robinson of Hungerford Meat Co, for a night celebrating all things pork, from nose to tail. Enjoy Hill's unique take on Anglo-European classics, loved by Sydneysiders during Hill's time at The Old Fitz Hotel, from Crispy Pigs Tails with Oxford Sauce to Roasted Dry Aged Prime Pork Cuts.
